Our office accepts most dental insurance. We file insurance claims as a courtesy to you. Unless prior arrangements have been made, your estimated portion, factoring insurance, is due when services are rendered. Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit.

We make every effort to give you an accurate estimate of your insurance coverage, but ultimately, it is your responsibility to know your coverage limits. Some, or perhaps all, of the services provided may be considered non-covered services and not considered reasonable and necessary under your dental insurance coverage. You are responsible for any non-covered service.

Before your first visit, our front-desk team contacts your insurance carrier to confirm what’s covered and what’s not.

As a courtesy, we submit your dental insurance claim directly — you don’t fill out paperwork or chase reimbursements.

You pay your share

Your estimated portion is due at the time of service. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, and CareCredit financing.

Do you take my insurance?

What if you’re out of network with my plan?

We file claims as a courtesy for most other dental insurance carriers, not just the ones we are in-network with. Many plans still provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers — our front desk will help you understand what your plan covers before treatment begins.

Will you submit my claim for me?

Yes. As a courtesy to you, we file dental insurance claims for the carriers we work with. Unless prior arrangements have been made, your estimated portion is due at the time of service.

What if my insurance won’t cover something?

Some procedures may be considered non-covered services and not reasonable and necessary under your dental insurance coverage. We make every effort to give you an accurate estimate before treatment so there are no surprises, but you are ultimately responsible for the cost of any non-covered service.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not offer in-house payment plans, but we accept VISA, MasterCard, and CareCredit. CareCredit is a third-party healthcare credit card that offers no-interest payment plans for out-of-pocket dental expenses. More on our financial options →
